6. Classifieds - Christian Notes provides this service to the public with the following conditions. 

1.   'Free' classifieds apply to non-businesses only.

2.   Classifieds are free for the first 60 words per ad. Additional space is available to purchase. 

3.   Free classifieds do not include pictures, however pictures can be added to your classified for a small fee. Christian Notes may consider publishing additional  pictures without charge depending on space availability.

4.   Advertisements will run for a two month period on the classifieds page of the Christian Notes website.

5.   Christian Notes reserves the right to refuse to publish any classified.

6.   Christian Notes reserves the right to cease this 'Free' classifieds promotion without any prior notification. Previously submitted classifieds will not be affected by this change if submitted before the time of retraction.

7. Advertisers – Christian Notes provides advertising space on christiannotes.com.au under the following terms and conditions

1.   Christian Notes reserves the right to change advertising prices without any notice.

2.   Christian Notes’ invoices to advertisers must be paid by the date shown on each invoice.  Late payments may incur a fee.

3.   Christian Notes invoices must be paid regardless of errors, mistakes or omissions after final ad approval.

4.   Christian Notes Articles, pictures and advertising may not be reproduced without permission of Christian Notes.

5.   Christian Notes does not guarantee that any file sent electronically via e-mail will be free of computer viruses. Christian Notes will not be held accountable for any computer (Hardware or software) damage.

6.   Christian Notes will not be liable for any error, mistake or omission once the advertiser ad is placed on Christian Notes website.

7.   Christian Notes will accept e-mail as permission to go ahead with publishing the advertiser’s ad on the website.

8.   Christian Notes reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement from Christian Notes website without any reason.

9.   Christian Notes’ persons involved both directly and indirectly will not be held liable as individuals for any action taken against Christian Notes.
